1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dt33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing dt33.app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the dt33 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dt33 platform and close any account you hold with us. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. dt33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dt33. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept those supplementary documents.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the dt33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. dt33 operates a strict 18+ policy. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or access any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity and solely for your own personal entertainment. Use of the platform for commercial purposes on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from dt33.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a current employee or director of dt33 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement on the dt33 platform or any third-party self-exclusion scheme that includes dt33 within its scope.
• You are using your own funds and are not acting on behalf of another individual. Third-party account funding is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of dt33 services, including real-money gaming, sports betting, and live casino products, you are required to register a single player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold one and only one active account on the dt33 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dt33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dt33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Suspicious Activity: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dt33 support immediately via live chat or email. dt33 reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation whenever unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.
• Mobile Wallet Linkage: You may link your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet account to your dt33 player account for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals. The mobile wallet registered to your dt33 account must be registered in your own legal name. Mismatched names between your dt33 account and your linked payment account will trigger a mandatory KYC review before further transactions are permitted.

dt33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access; dt33 may at any time, in its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or close an account where it determines that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dt33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). dt33 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dt33, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your dt33 account within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by the dt33 cashier team and are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the issuing institution.
• Own Funds Only: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. dt33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the relevant account will be subject to review.
• No Fees: dt33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which dt33 accepts no liability.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has outstanding KYC documentation requirements, an active responsible gaming restriction, an unresolved bonus wagering requirement, or if there is an ongoing investigation into your account. dt33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dt33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all dt33 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer documentation:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet balance will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses and new player offers are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim new player bonuses on multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Abuse and Fraud: dt33 monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal variance, hedging bets across multiple outcomes, use of a bonus on games not eligible for that promotion, and coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts. Where abuse is identified, dt33 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within their stated claim window, and bonus balances not wagered within their stated validity period, will expire automatically without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

dt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is found to contain an error (including but not limited to an incorrect bonus amount, incorrect odds, or incorrect wagering requirement), dt33 reserves the right to correct the error and apply the corrected terms, even if bets or bonus claims have already been made under the erroneous conditions.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

dt33 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the dt33 platform, including games, betting markets, bonus systems, or support channels.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or technical malfunction to gain an advantage over the platform or other players. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided regardless of whether the error was intentionally exploited.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity using the dt33 platform, its payment infrastructure, or its customer support channels.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider without first contacting dt33 support and allowing a reasonable resolution period. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC verification, or customer support process.
• Accessing the dt33 platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.

All games on the dt33 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently tested to ensure genuinely random, unpredictable outcomes. dt33 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by individual game providers and are reflected accurately in the long-term statistical performance of each title.

7 Account Closure & Termination

Both dt33 and the account holder have the right to close a dt33 player account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your dt33 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing support at dt33.app. Before processing an account closure request, dt33 will confirm your identity in line with standard KYC procedures. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied and no compliance hold is in effect.

Responsible Gaming Closures: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion, should inform the support team of this reason at the time of their request. Responsible gaming closure requests are processed immediately and are not subject to a cooling-off period. Once a responsible gaming closure is in effect, it cannot be reversed for the duration agreed at the time of the request.

Closure by dt33: dt33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or multi-accounting.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months, after which dt33 may apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. Accounts with a zero balance after inactivity fees have been applied will be closed automatically.

Where an account is closed by dt33 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at dt33's discretion, particularly where the balance was accrued through conduct that violated these Terms.

8 Liability & Disclaimers

dt33 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or periods of downtime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dt33's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• No Consequential Losses: dt33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from the use or inability to use the dt33 platform.
• Interruption of Service: dt33 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of a technical fault, platform outage, payment processing delay, or force majeure event beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Player Responsibility: Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the dt33 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. dt33 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
• SSL Security: The dt33 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions. While dt33 employs industry-standard security measures, no digital system can guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. Players are advised to maintain strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication on their accounts.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of English law, as applied in an international commercial context, unless a specific mandatory provision of Bangladesh law applies and cannot be excluded by agreement. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
